This immersive\, social evening starts with a cocktail reception at 6:15.\nThe menu is a surprise! \n  \n“Often\, we are consumed by the surroundings and chatter at a restaurant. But when one of your senses is taken away you must tune into the others\,” said Webb – \nNJ Patch by Carly Baldwin- Casey Webb\, host of “Man vs. Food” on the Cooking Channel. \n\nBurke’s new M.O. is designed “to make the evening all about surprise and discovery. It’s really empowering to learn how much your other senses can add to a meal when you can’t see what’s going on.” \nThe reason\, Burke says\, is that “tasting without seeing refocuses your taste buds on flavor and texture.
