Witness first hand the Chefs’ creativity as they devise dishes on the spot highlighting flavor profiles and presentation of the mystery ingredient. \n\nChef John Thomas\n20 years in the industry working with and for some of the bigger names including David Burke. Creating my company The Beastro\, I have become a private chef and pop up chef where I have the ability to showcase the way I see food with the mindset of my clients.
