Minors Must be accompanied by an Adult \nCompetition 4:\nChef David Burke vs Daniel Mancini (Co-Founder of Mama Mancini’s – an Italian Food Brand)\nReception 4pm\nwith passed hors d’oeuvres\, Cocktail\, brief Q & A and mingling \n4:30pm Seated 3-Course Dinner \nThe Competition begins and you might be called on to be a judge!\nA panel of randomly selected Audience Members will judge the cooking competition as you dine. \nTHE Red Horse Pizza oven fires up pre-dinner snacks served with a signature cocktail\, as Chef David Burke competes against challenger Daniel Mancini in a friendly cooking competition. Witness first hand the Chefs’ creativity as they devise dishes on the spot highlighting flavor profiles and presentation of the mystery ingredient. \nDaniel Mancini\nI am the co founder of Mama Mancini’s a National Italian supermarket brand that’s uses recipes I learned from my Grandmother many years ago. Our signature item is her meatballs in sauce – I am a “HOME COOK”\, obsessed entrepreneur\, traveler\, foodie and Tewksbury NJ resident. I believe passion fuels ideas and there is no such thing as a bad one or too much passion. I look at a picture I have of my Grandmother Anna Mancini holding me as a baby and think wow if my Grandmother only knew that all those countless days of me learning how to cook by her side in Brooklyn would turn into this. After 25 years in the garment industry I decided in 2009 it was time for a change. My idea\, real meatballs made the Italian authentic way and sold in sauce. To me there was no other way they should be offered\, that was my big idea so Mama Mancini’s was born\, the rest is history. So I say this to everyone who has an idea\, never give up\, don’t listen to the people who say it won’t work. No idea is a bad idea and always chase your dreams.
