DESCRIPTION:Comedy Night Dinner & A Show\nat Red Horse by David Burke – White Plains \nDoors at 6:00pm\n$85 per person (+ tax and gratuity) \nPresenting \nMelvin George\nwith Brian Cichocki\n\nMENU:\nAPPETIZER \nFront & Center Little Gem Caesar\naged parmesan\, croutons\, parmesan crisp\, lemon \nENTRÉE\nShrimp Risotto with 6oz Sliced Petite Filet \nDESSERT\nCreme Brûlée \nMelvin George Biography\nMelvin George – “The King of Smooth!”… tall\, lean\, bespectacled and armed with a brazen sense of “cool.” Melvin made his comedy debut in his hometown of Boston and moved to New York City where he quickly became successful. A trained actor and director\, Melvin used his theatrical training as a member of “The Kitchen Table Comedy Team” in New York\, making appearances at Carnegie Hall\, The Village Gate and on several local TV shows. Melvin has appeared in concert with such celebrated artists as Chaka Khan\, Gladys Knight and the Pips\, Roberta Flack\, Patti LaBelle\, The Commodores\, The Temptations and The Four Tops. Melvin’s successful showcase at the National Association for Campus Activities’ Southeast Regional Conference resulted in over 60 college dates\, netting him a coveted showcase spot at the 1989 National NACA Convention in Nashville. In 1990 he was nominated for National Campus Entertainment Award for comedy. He has been seen in the films “Mo’ Better Blues” and “Meteor Man”. Melvin also appeared on Fox’s “Comic Strip Live”\, A & E’s “An Evening at the Improv”\, “Caroline’s Comedy Hour” and HBO’s “Def Comedy Jam.” \n\nBrian Cichocki\nStand up comedian \nBorn and raised in Trenton\, NJ\, Brian is a Comedian\, Actor\, and Director. After a stellar career managing a deli in the Kingsbury Projects in downtown\, Trenton\, Brian realized education may be important. While working on his Bachelors and Masters degrees\, Brian performed in numerous plays in New York and New Jersey. He began appearing in independent films as well as commercials for Chase Bank\, Sega Video games\, the Comedy Pilot “Crash Life” and the Web Series “Celebrities”. He has been a private acting coach\, and has taught acting and directing at Rider Unviersity\, and Montclair State University. Brian has also directed numerous stage productions\, and helped develop the plays of many emerging playwrights.\nAs a Comedian\, he has performed all over the country as well as in New York City in clubs such as Carolines on Broadway\, Dangerfields\, and Comix. He has worked with the likes of Jim Breuer\, Ben Bailey\, Patrice O’Neal\, Robert Kelly and many others. He lives in New York City. \n
