Family members will be in attendance to discuss their fascinating Monmouth County history and share recipes. Red Horse by David Burke Chefs will create inspired dishes from the Laird’s Applejack Cookbook and our mixologists are champing at the bit to swirl up delightful Laird’s cocktails!
Laird & Company is synonymous with apple spirits and three centuries of family distilling tradition. The company produces the vast majority of all Applejack and American Apple Brandy on the market, which have been enjoyed since colonial times and are equally prized by today’s mixology community.

William Laird, a County Fyfe Scotsman settled in Monmouth County, New Jersey and produced Applejack as early as 1698. Much beloved by early settlers, applejack is now enjoying a resurgence in popularity, as a beverage, and as a cooking ingredient. This menu, inspired by the Laird’s AppleJack Cookbook will tempt your taste buds. Be treated to history of Laird Family and its participation in Applejack industry. Learn process of producing AppleJack and be entertained with a variety of informative, historical, and amusing ‘apple’ anecdotes.
