For over two decades, New Orleans Fish Fry have been a torchbearer for Louisiana’s homegrown music scene, taking a Cajun Zydeco-flecked approach to genres from swing to funeral marches and beyond before finding their niche in the world of roots and tribute music, where their current lineup — consisting of James Day &; Krewe — have continued to blaze a trail as one of the most exciting acts both in their state and further afield.
