FENWICK BALLROOM

Our Fenwick Ballroom (consists of Fenwick A & B) can seat up to 150 guests for any wedding or large event. There is seating on both sides of the dance floor.

For a cocktail style event it can hold up to 200 guests. For a cocktail style event with a buffet, 175.

FENWICK A

-Smaller half of ballroom with windows

Perfect for a small group or corporate meetings

Can seat up to 30 guests

There is a drop down screen and window shade.

Also used for our Ceremonies and wedding party will process from behind a pipe and drape.

FENWICK B

Larger Side of the Fenwick Ballroom with a skylight, dance floor and built in bar. This side can seat up to 65 guests. For a cocktail style event, it can hold 80.

For corporate events, there is a drop down screen in front of the bar area.

THE BERNIE

The Bernie is more than a private room. They have been meticulously designed to feel as though you were in a luxurious home and crafted to showcase you, the host of the event. Boasting private entrances, hidden projectors and flat panel televisions (for entertaining with a family slide show perhaps…), a personal staff and fully stocked bar are just a few of the amenities at your service.

The Bernie dining room can seat a maximum of 50 guests

THE BERNIE BAR

The Bernie bar can seat an additional 40 guests. There is a private bar and piano in this section of the space. We also have an extended dance floor that can be put down for any event with a DJ or band.

For larger weddings, this is where cocktail hour can take place and the Bernie can hold up to 150 guests.

Can accommodate 100 guests for a cocktail style event

MAIN DINING ROOM
75 guests for a seated dinner/lunch (bar is not in room)
50 with a buffet and makeshift bar
85 cocktail reception
