Between courses Chef pulls back the curtain to show you “behind the scenes” tricks to cooking some of his creatively presented dishes and classics. Chef will take you through his culinary career and intimate stories from his journey. Pastry Chef Stu, working alongside Chef Burke for over twenty years, will share his best practices for creating inventive desserts.
